Re: How To Send Thanks To Sky

Sky need to make it easier to pass on our compliments to their team members. On the 10th May 2018 I spoke with Jackie who works within the retentions department. I've got to say if it wasn't for Jackie I wouldn't be sat here watching Sky on my new Sky Q box with an 18 month contract. Jackie was excellent! Whilst she did everything she could for me we had a great chat... she made me feel like a valued customer. Please pass on my thanks to Jackie and I hope her Service is recognised by Sky in some form. Thank you once again Jackie... I hope you had a great holiday.
