Just got help of 2 really great agents,

Kiera and David, Helped me reduce my bill with some great advice and digging though my account usage,  so instead of my bill going up 5% it will be coming down 10%.

The only thing I am annoyed about is SKY, why didnt you send me a customer service rating email when your guys have done a great job!!!!!
