Michelle visited my home today to upgrade me to Sky Q.
What a fabulous lady you have working for you. Not phased by any problem. She has a "can do will do" attitude which is so refreshing in todays world.
Michelle was so friendly, personable and professional. She did an amazing job and I want to send my thanks to her and hope that she can be recognised for doing such a great job.
