Outstanding as nd beyond my expectations

Status: Mission Accomplished

The lady technician that installed my Sky broadband and TV package on Monday, the 14th of September was exceptional and beyond my expectations. Nothing was too much trouble. She clearly explained and helped me set up my Wi-Fi TV broadband. Nothing was too much trouble. Please make sure she gets recognition.
