Lauren called to let us know she was on her way, when arrived explained the process and time needed and then took the time to get our TV connected and walk me through the use of the service.
Lauren was absolutely professional, friendly and patient carrying out the install with ease and taking the time to ensure we where happy with all.
A.credit to the Sky team making the move from BT to Sky seemless and with a very pleasant and friendly installation engineer just provided that extra touch
