I'd really like to thanks Lewis from sky3, it was absolutely fantastic to speak to a uk based call rep after being passed around 5 foreign call centre reps. 

Sky you cannot believe the frustration you are causing your customers when dealing with the foreign call centres. They did absolutely nothing to help me and continued to pass me around in a phone call from hell loop!

We were going to cancel until we spoke to Lewis and he arranged for a engineer to look at the fault. Well done Lewis 10 star service.
