Lesley, I've never met someone with customer service skills as good as his. I have many years in customer service but I never met someone who was as good as this guy. I called with the intention to cancel and walked away with a new 24 month contract. Lesley worked hard to get me a really sweet deal as a 16 year loyal customer, reducing my bills and offering me better value
But its not the deal that is writing this review, it's Lesley. He spoke with the highest level of kindness and honesty, sharing relatable experiences and understanding as a consumer. None of the selling **bleep**, straight to the point and when I said i wanted to cancel, he was ready to do it, and also ready to listen to my concerns too and turned those concerns into a solution
