Kyle came out to try and fix the Internet connection to my parent's sky box. Not only did he resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, he called me concerned because my parents' alarm system for falls wasn't working. The alarm system wasn't anything to do with him and I'm so impressed that he took time out to make me aware. Amazing service that went nice and beyond and could have made a real difference to my parents.
