I spoke to Lauren who is a customer service specialist and she was incredibly helpful and informative, breaking everything down in great detail, clear and concise! Extremely friendly, very professional and it was a pleasure speaking to Lauren who had gifted me an offer I couldn't refuse after I was considering leaving sky.
