I’d like to say a huge thank you to Zee from Sky Mobile for all her help and support while I was setting up my new device.
I had a few issues during the setup process, including concerns about keeping my current mobile number, which I’ve had for over 10 years. Zee took the time to explain everything clearly, reassured me throughout the process, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening. She also addressed all of my concerns about any potential extra costs, which really put my mind at ease.
As a Sky customer for the past 2 years, and with my family having been Sky customers for over 24 years, it was important to us that we got the best mobile deals for what we actually needed. Zee took the time to understand what we were looking for and made sure we were getting the most suitable options.
There was one additional issue that unfortunately couldn’t be resolved over the phone, but Zee arranged for me to call back and, importantly, made sure I had a reference number so that the follow-up would be as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.
Zee was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout. She went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful process feel much easier.
