We had been experiencing problems with our Sky Q box, but Martin was extremely helpful, patient and professional throughout. He took the time to understand the issues we were having, guided us through everything clearly, and ultimately resolved the problems for us.
It’s not often you come across someone who goes above and beyond to make sure a customer is genuinely looked after. Martin is a real credit to Sky, and his excellent customer service made a frustrating situation so much easier.
