I was coming to the end of my contract with sky and had shopped about and found some deals else where when I decided to call Sky and discuss my options. After 2 lacklustre calls I was put through to Frasier in the retention department. Frasier was brilliant! He took plenty of time to discuss my options, go through numerous variations of packages he could offer and generally came across as helpful. 

He was definitely the difference that has kept me Sky and was a pleasure to tak to over the phone. Thank you for your help👍🏻
