I wanted to highlight some exceptional customer service I received from Sky yesterday - the lady I spoke to was called Farah (her ID is FNZ01). I have recently transferred my Dad from Virgin to Sky and was having a couple of problems accessing the SkyApp. She could not have been more helpful - friendly, polite, extremely helpful, and determined to put the situation right. Her patience was commendable, and it was an absolute joy to speak to someone who really cared about the service she was providing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Sky needs to ensure they retain employees like Farah - I hope she answers my calls in the future! I do hope that someone reads this and is able to pass on my thanks and also for her to receive some much deserved recognition.
