The sky broadband engineer came out to set up our WiFi and was so helpful and friendly. He even travelled to meet another engineer to get us a broadband box (as ours hadn't arrived yet) and just went the extra mile to ensure we were set up ready to go by the time he left. A great man and a credit to Sky!
