Spoke to an agent at 1058 on 12th October to adjust our Sky package to remove elements we don't use as much to make it more affordable. 

 

Agent was first class, explained benefits, options and costs clearly. 

 

I was happy to extend contract. I hope the agent gets recognition for their efforts. A good training call example .
