Excellent Customer Service

I would like to thank Kevin Joshva in Retention/Cancellation department for his help on 24th February.

He resolved a long drawn out problem which had been causing me a lot of worry and stress.

Kevin was patient, understanding and efficient at resolving the issue.

He provided excellent customer service and is an absolute credit to your company.
