I would like to send thanks to William the engineer who upgraded my sky system to SkyQ, he was absolutely brilliant took time to explain everything to me and did his job efficiently and without any problems. Also many thanks to Umesh, centre staff, who was brilliant with me when I contacted about my account, he was polite, understood my query and the result left me happy.
