Sharon in the Customer Engagement Team was an absolute star helping me to get our broadband installed. It took two fulls months due to issues with addresses not being registered properly and Openreach's database and all sorts of problems but she stayed on top of the issue throughout the whole experience and made me feel like I was being properly looked after rather than fobbed off.
