Hi. I was just writing to say about my customer service experience last night. To be honest it was delightful from start to finish. Not only was she brilliant but my God i've never heard a voice as amazing. Could've listened for hour's lol. If you thought the m&s voiceover was good then just imagine better and you'd still be off by a distance!! I did tell her she should be making a fortune voicing audiobooks etc but i think Sky really should use the treasure they have on their hands and give her lot's of voiceover job's. I was that much in awe i quickly forgot her name but i really do hope the power's that be see this and find her as you'll lose out once she realises the potential she has. She was really lovely also and very helpful doing all she could to lower my bill and getting a new phone. Make her a star Sky!!
