A big thankyou for outstanding customer service to Wendy in the Sky team!

Wendy in the Sales team put right an error that I had made by pressing a purchase button in the Sky store twice. I was concerned that I would be charged - one button was 0, for a VIP freebie I had earned, DVD Frieda; another button was for £9. Wendy went over and above to check my account each day, making sure that I had NOT been charged.

I have not had this level of service from anywhere for many years, and I am 82!

I find that this is the only way to thank Wendy and I sincerely hope she receives this message.
