Broadband tech expert

Having recently received my new broadband hub, I was having trouble connecting my Blink cameras.

I phoned sky broadband customer service and Ivan came to my help. Over a few days and phone calls he sorted out the problem perfectly. Not only did he do this for me, but he went what I thought was over and above anything I expected.

He was polite, understanding, patient and friendly.
