Re: Broadband refund

Speaking to a very nice customer service agent called Lorraine who is part of the Sky mobile team in Dunfermline about a refund as the IVR system had put me through to them instead of the proper team dealing with refund's.

 

Went through the whole process of when the refund was supposed to drop back into my bank accountand find out it was just sitting as credit on my account and would not come out to me for another month. But was able with Lorraine's help to get this refund out quicker to help with the cost of my new provider.

 

I was also given options on the use of my spare piggybank data and making full use of this going forward. Just like to say a big thank you to Lorraine rom the great chat.
