I wanted to find a way to thank the advisor I spoke to this evening. I believe his name was Steven, and I'm pretty sure he was Scottish. I called at about 7:30pm to change my address and order a new phone. He helped me through every step, was patient when my baby was making all sorts of noises in the background and was an all around lovely person. I usually dread ringing places like sky up but this advisor is a credit to your company and deserves some recognition. Thank you 🤩
