I would like to thank the most helpful and friendly customer service member of staff who goes by the name of Zizo. He has taken the time and care to resolve our ongoing problems with sky broadband. He called everytime he said he would and absolutely shamshed customer service, he has restored my faith in sky for sure. I hope this recognition reaches him and his managers as customer service is a thankless job.
