Amazing customer service, his name began with an A, I think?

I can’t say enough about the incredible service I received over the phone today. From the moment the call began, he made both me and my son feel completely comfortable about the idea of switching over. He walked me through every step of the process with so much patience, kindness, and reassurance that any doubts I had completely disappeared.

It’s rare to speak with someone who not only understands their job so well, but also genuinely cares about the people on the other end of the line. His professionalism, warmth, and ability to explain everything so clearly truly stood out. By the end of the call, I felt confident and excited about the switch, and more importantly, thankful that I had the chance to speak with him.

He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive and even uplifting one. My son and I are both very happy, and I deeply appreciate the way he went above and beyond. Absolutely outstanding service
