Advice after a bereavement

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the customer representative that assisted me today in regards to a few issues with equipment return and billing that I let build up after I lost my mom. 

 

A survery was meant to come through but it hasn't so I will call sky back later today and ask them to send it for that representative. He dealt with everything so sensitively, listened and really helped me sort everything out to get back on track with sky. 

 

Thank you. I really appreciate your help today. It really helps when someone just listens.  🙏
