Absolutely Disgraceful Service

Made an order that miraculously went missing, had customer service tell me to go to dpd which i did turned out sky had asked dpd for it back. Then had to make another order which i have apparently cancelled when i have not. Payed the deposit twice and haven't received a penny back, asked to speak to a manager and was refused. Customer service agent didn't have a clue what he was talking about. you can keep your products i'll be taking my business elsewhere

If your mobile or Sky glass order is being cancelled then usually it is because you are failing the more enhanced credit checks that are taking place. Any money  you have paid should be refunded within 2-3 weeks.

If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here.

 

Sounds like one or both of your orders might have possibly triggered a failure in a credit check. The Customer Services managers are not public facing and rarely speak to the caller directly.
