Made an order that miraculously went missing, had customer service tell me to go to dpd which i did turned out sky had asked dpd for it back. Then had to make another order which i have apparently cancelled when i have not. Payed the deposit twice and haven't received a penny back, asked to speak to a manager and was refused. Customer service agent didn't have a clue what he was talking about. you can keep your products i'll be taking my business elsewhere
