I recently called to arrange moving house and bringing my Sky broadband with me - I was worried as the app suggested that only much more expensive Full Fibre packages were available ay my new address. Rajeshwari was warm, friendly, and reassuring. She swiftly helped me arrange the move and keep the same contract I had already - a great deal!
