This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi there. I am having the exact same issue with this, I keep getting the following error message.
The email address you entered is already registered.
This comes up when I am trying to register for ballots. It is very frustrating.
Can anyone from Sky help me with this?
