can anyone help with cancelling market place Paramount Plus

exhausted all efforts for last 8 weeks

unfortunately tried everything all this week and last week. Phoned sky and they cant understand it and cant help. Sky offered to downgrade from sky cinema to sky signature and just continuing to pay the 6.99 per month through marketplace app and thought finally getting somewhere- then asked for £63 fee for downgrading

Does the app not show up for you in your marketplace as per that link ?
