Discussion topic: cant log into sky sports

ive been trying to log into the sky sports app so i can watch live on my tablet, i do have sky sports subscription already

when i log in it asks for my surname, then keeps saying unexpected error

please can someone advise

Does your password have any special characters like @?$ etc.... ?

I am also getting this error, it lets me enter my password information then it asks for my surname so i enter it and tick that i agree to the sky go terms and conditions, then when i click confirm it says unexpected error.

Make sure your title (Mr, Mrs etc..) and surname is filled in here:
