I have downloaded the my sky app from the play store. It allows me to enter my sign in details, sends me a code & then keeps repeating this step without going any further. Can anyone help please?
So after you enter the code it dies t load up to your account ?

No it seems to be stuck on that screen. It says I'm signed in but if you press the continue button it just goes back to the signon screen to repeat that step

Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting your device then installing it again ?
