Vue Cinema Tickets not showing

I was having trouble locating the codes but read your post and success I found the codes. Just swipe the screen left and they are there. Would of been nice for Sky to explain this beforehand. Thank you for your helpful post 😊

The app is missing the tab to get our free vue cinema tickets. Please could you help?

They have moved sibce the last app update so go to the VIP section then scroll down to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the left until you see them.

I am on rewards for you, I am swiping left but there is no tile whatsoever for vue tickets on my app but someone else in my household app is working and is showing on theirs just not mine.

I had the same problem, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, went down to rewards for you which showed there was 5 for me, swiped till the end, and the vue cinema tickets were right at the end. It wasn't there before I reinstalled the app. Hope this helps.

Same here, spent ages on the phone to Sky, there is a hitch at the moment, they are refunding me £20 for June and say tkts should be available in July

So you have scrolled down to Rewards for you and then scrolled them to the left ?

I have posted that i called sky, vue tkts are not " populating " at the mo ( whatever that means), being credited £20 for this month

When i go in the app i can not swipe to left or right

Should be fixed by nxt month, i had 5 different departments to talk to, one said my email ( which apparently I have more than 1 of, which is crazy) is not linked to tkts

@Chrissy3 Can I just check that when you are in the My Sky app that you have selected the VIP tab and are not just trying to find them on the opening menu screen?

If you've gone into the VIP tab then the star icon will have turned solid blue in colour. From here you down to the Rewards For You section, press and hold on the first tile and then swipe left. 

I'm finding it hard to understand why you are the only person posting that has not been able to find the tickets this way after making sure the app is up to date. 

Apologies if I'm infuriating you further. I'm genuinely trying to help and asking the question is the only way I know to exhaust the possible options.

Did you see my reply...i was told by sky my email address is not linked to the free vue tkts

They are definitely not in the sky app
