Vue Cinema Tickets not showing

It has wasted an hour or so . J had to take of app then reinstall too!

Phew sorted ,had to reinstall the app and sorted now. Looming forward to seeing 28 years later!

I'm having the same issue.  The function to get tickets for Vue is no longer available.  What's happening Sky?

You have to make sure you are in the VIP section - you press the tab in the bottom right. The star icon will turn into a solid blue colour.

From there you scroll down to the Rewards For You section - see screenshot so you know what it looks like.

Then on the first tile (it might be a Broadband offer) press and hold with a finger and scroll left. The Vue tickets are the fourth or fifth tile along.

So the app has recently been updated so click on the V.I.P. tab. You need to scroll 🔽 to "Rewards for you" then scroll to the ◀️ and they are along there.

Sky could have done more to highlight it - even adding direction arrows on the tiles or underneath would have been useful.

I'm having the same issue, it worked in May but the option is now missing from the VIP. How do I notify Sky, for it to be fixed. All I get is a dumb assistant!

They have moved since the app update - so in the VIP section under "Rewards for you" scroll to the left until you see the tile.

I missed using April and May 's Vue tickets as they were hidden on the site - very frustrating! 

I have kept going back during the last few months to see if they were back. I thought I'd searched the whole site thoroughly and missed various films I wanted to see.

I appreciate the simple instruction to swipe across and found June's immediately. For the benefit of everyone else maybe this could be made clearly on the landing page please!

@1cspadge Open the My Sky app and click on the VIP tab. The star icon will turn solid blue

Then scroll down to the Rewards For You section.

Put your finger on the first tile and swipe left. The tickets will be the fourth or fifth tile along

I tried to get tickets for June but the two free tickets offer has disappeared, it was available in May
