VIP not working

Sky VIP not working ... asking me to join and then sending me back to main page ... spoken to someone who doesn't really understand me ... can anyone help...

I believe Sky over the phone can activate Sky VIP for you so you might need to either try again or contact them via social media about this.

I cannot waste another hour of my life on the phone to sky especially as they don't seem to understand my problem
