VIP not letting me join

So sky VIP won't let me resign into them , don't know why , anyone else got the same problem

    Have you tried deleting the app, rebooting your device then installing it again ?

    Oh dear. I think the best outcome would be if a super user could escalate this post for you so you can speak to someone at Sky. 

    Sorry I wasn't more help but this seems like an account thing and only Sky can manage that.
