VIP bookings

I had some tickets in the 'my bookings' area of sky VIP. I haven't cancelled them but they have just disappeared. This was for an event in September which hasn't expired or anything. I'm confused as to where they have gone

@Ems2387 I won tickets and I'm trying to cancel them despite my correct email address and booking id I'm getting nowhere  and I want them cancelled as I don't want restrictions on my app when entering future competitions

You probably need to wait a few more days after all it has been the Easter break.

Managed to get my tickets cancelled they emailed back and said they were cancelled plus the app has now updated so hopefully if anyone wins anything they can cancel via the booking section of vip on the my sky app

@Nimbob  this issue with tickets for things I've won needs fixing asap  makes it very difficult to cancel tickets when they are not showing in the vip booking section of the app and even when I cancel them through the email it gets annoying when the email address and booking id are correct and then it says can't find booking im fed up just emailing them all the time and yes the tickets get cancelled but I want to be able to cancel them myself via the app it's been an ongoing issue for myself and others now for weeks and nothing is done and it's never fixed fed up going round in circles if this can be escalated and get it sorted I'd be very grateful  thank you

@KevNewMedia  need help asap there's been issues for weeks with the booking section of the my sky app vip section and if I've won any tickets each time I've struggled to get them cancelled won yesterday the sheep detectives the email address I use for winning is correct and the booking id is SKY-2367-6763-2236116-ONYNPW  other customers and myself have now been in the same boat for weeks fed up having to continually email vip about this and get them to cancel tickets at there end and I don't want to be restricted in applying for other things to win if I can't get these tickets cancelled asap there's definitely something that needs fixed even taking the app off and back on again doesn't work either Help

Hoping there will be a fix asap I had to get help to screen shot so I've kept that screen shot should there be issues in the future but I'm hoping there will be an investigation done as to what the issue is with no tickets showing in the booking section of vip in the my sky app  as I got asked to send screenshot so that vip staff at sky could investigate further @KevNewMedia
