VIP App issue
I've been trying to apply for competitions to win tickets for shows and prizes but when I have entered my email address, first name and surname it is stating "email already registered with account". It is registered but how are you meant to apply to enter the ballots if this keeps coming up?
Virtual assistant has not been able to help. Please can anyone assist?

Try using any other email address so you can get to the next page then change it back to your usual email before submitting.
