There appears to be a fault so if you install the Sky Go app instead you should find that this will work:

 

https://www.sky.com/watch/sky-go/windows

 

@lsnuttall 

You will need to use the email address in my previous post above to report it first.

Sky sports asking me to upgrade and not allowing me to watch anything

When I log in to sky sports on the website to watch something, it tells me that I have to get sky sports in order to watch it. I do have sky sports and when checking my sky account it does say I have sky sports as a product

Are you signing in with the same details that are used for Sky Stream as the app is linked to your Sky Stream account

Just to clarify you have sky stream with a sky sports subscription.

 

The image seems to show a now tv enabled device which is seperate to your sky stream sub

why is sky telling me to upgrade my sports subscription when I have it pc

Hi all,

 

Im trying to watch the Liverpool match on my pc, but when i've opened sky sports on my desktop it is asking me to upgrade.

 

I have the package I need and it was working last week.

 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have Sky Q and this happens to me also, but I can watch on the Sky Sports App on my phone.
