Unable to open My sky app

I try to open my sky app,  it's a white screen and just buffers. I haven't been able to get my Vue vouchers for 2/3 months now. I've tried turning ing my phone off/on, uninststalling the app. What's my next step? Any advice please? It's the school holidays and I wanted to take my grandchildren to the cinema.

Have you checked via the App Store on your device to see if there is an update as yesterday others members who were having the very same problems on their iPads reported that installing the update fixed it for them.
