Unable to make a new Complaint for On Demand and Sky Store Services via Sky.com. Plesse Follow these steps...

2. Click - "Complaints relating to on demand programme services."

3. Click - "Complaints about Sky’s on demand content procedure." The URL (https://contactus.sky.com/uk/make-a-complaint) Changes to:

4. Click "Sky TV" https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv

5. Click "Sky TV+" https://www.sky.com/help/home/sky-tv/sky-tv-plus

6. Click "Watching Sky TV"

7. Click "Something Else"

The following error message then states:

I cannot submit a complaint regarding On Demand / Sky Store Services.

Tech Support Please Look into this.

Additionally my reason wanting to raise a complaint.

Why has "The Whale" been removed from the Sky Store.

I was really interested in the movie but was waiting till the price reduced to rent.

Not satisfied with the removal.

Try and search for the movie and you will not notice it listed.

Most likely because Sky longer have the rights to make it available via the,Store.

Normally that would have been my first thought too.

I've been with Sky for almost 20 Years and in all that time I have never known a Sky Premier / New Release to be pulled so swiftly from Sky Store to Rent / Buy.

Older released movies yes but took me by surprise with "The Whale" only being released in 2022.

I just wanted to know the reasoning behind the very prematurely pulled movie.

On my sky guide it's even still got Brendan Fraser's Face advertising the movie on sky store, yet it's been pulled and no longer listed.

I've raised a complaint this afternoon.
