Hi, I've had Sky for over 23 years and am finally trying to sign up for Sky VIP.
I've downloaded the My Sky app onto my iphone, but when I click onto the Sky VIP and then the 'Find out more' button, I get the message 'We're really sorry, but you can't join Sky VIP right now'.
Having checked all the reasons why that might be, I don;t think any are applicable.
Please can someone advise me as to what I need to do to rectify this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear tomorrow you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
