The Sky app says not available in this country

I got an email from sky with link to download the app. When I click the link and it goes to Play store, there is red message saying "this app is not available in your country"

Which app are you trying to download? MySky? 

What device are you trying to download it to? 

It's best not to click on links from emails - they can often lead to spoof websites.

Go to the App store on your device and search for the app you want directly, then it should allow you to download it as long as you are connected to a UK based ISP via WiFi or are using a UK registered SIM card with data plan.

Also make sure you are using the UK Play Store and if you are using a VPN make sure this is disabled.
