The My Sky App
Ive recently signed upto sky broadband and since then i havent been able to access the my sky app for my tv just my mobile. They have said that my accounts arent linked but im not sure how to get them linked like before so i can check my broadband speeds and my tv bill which was linked to my mobile before

You should be able to link then by following this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-cant-access-all-my-services
As your TV and Broadband need to be linked from what you have said.

Thankyou I've just tried this but it's saying my accounts are already linked but when I log into my account my tv and broadband aren't on there

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
