Hi , I tried to use super six app on Saturday morning , couldn't do that due to an information from sky I need to send them some documents to prove my age and address . I did it twice ! Since then my account is blocked and there's still an information they are working on it and they need up to 12 hrs . It's already more than this . Anybody experienced an issue like that ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it is still blocked come tomorrow then use the Contact option at the bottom of the website to get in touch with them.
