Unfortunately not it takes me to the login/register screen I click on that and then it comes up with the same error message

Can't log in with face recognition and the system will not accept my log in details

I'm getting this issue too. I have sent emails too them and they asked for my login, user name, mothers maiden name, first school etc. They also asked for a screenshot of the error message l keep getting. They have  emailed back saying l haven't been blocked so try again. Like everyone else on here it gets a bit tedious when you try different options. I even tried to log in on someone else's device, same error warning. 
Please please can someone from Sky offer a solution that works to this annoying problem.

I have just updated the app on my iPhone and iPad, working ok now.

start of this season when I tried to log in on my mobile, I was told to update the app.  However when I clicked to update, I was told that I was in the wrong country. so I was unable to access or update the app.

I did however gain access by going 'online' on my tablet and using  'super6online'

This was fine and I registered/ logged in with no problem, making my choices for the first 3 matches, with full access to the mini league of which I am a member. 

NOW I can't log in any way at all.  I am unable to access last weeks reults.

A drop down message saying an error has occured loading the login form.

Please Help.

It may be completely unrelated, but I did access supoer6 while away on holiday towards the end of last season.  Is this the reason for the 'not available in your country'?

Tried the on line 'helpline',   It directed me to a telephone call centre and the only available choices seemed to be for billing and accounts problems.

My very 'techie' specialist sorted it out for me.

Opened the PLAYSTORE app.  Selected 'SETTINGS'.    Chose locations,   which showed me as living in SPAIN.

Then had to confirm my details,  (address etc..)

Then opened the Super6 app again  to reload the update. All ok now.

DO NOT TRY TO ACCESS 'Super6' WHILE ON HOLIDAY.

Hi a couple of years back i suspended my sky bet account but I could still play super 6 and now as of last week I can't can you help me get back playing please
