Is it for verification ?
Had the same problem for the last week. Sent the same ID/ documents probably half a dozen times before they were accepted. Keep trying to log in and each time they prompt you send they same attatchments. Eventually one of the call centre team might let you back in. I dealt with Ayesha, Babatosin, Mohammad, Sanjana and the Customer Care Team before I had any joy.
