Hi,
When launching the SkySports app to watch F1 the broadcast will play without sound, and immediately start fast forwarding until it reaches parity with the live bradcast and then starts buffering, but never returns to playing in any capacity. (note: I know it stops when it reaches parity with live as I have tested whilst watching on my phone - the issue still occurs when not watching on any other device)
Things I have tried to remediate the problem:
1. Uninstalling and reinstalling the SkySports desktop app
2. Clearing cache and cookies for all Sky related sites on the browser used to launch the SkySports app
Has anyone encountered a similar issue?
PS. The account I'm posting from is not the Sky account with SkySports, when using the app I am logged into my parents Virgin UK account through the integration on the SkySports site. I created this Sky account just to post this issue

This is nothing to do with Virgin. This is an issue with the SkySports App.
