Sky website keeps reloading

Is anyone else having issues with trying to access certain areas of their sky account on any devices as I keep finding that the web page keeps refreshing on sign in.

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this doesn't work try a different browser works to see if that works for you.

Yes I have successfully cleared all data. Unfortunately it's still keeps reloading and I've never had this issue before and I haven't had any other issues with any other website.

August 2025, its just started doing it with me? Fresh install of W11 a week or so ago, No browser extentions, Avast ultimate scanned my pc and found nothing, I cant pay my bill and no one seems to be listening at SKY? that daft bot via facebook doesnt direct me to the right place, I do wish they would get rid of it,  also ive unplugged my mouse and KB left it and blew the connections in case it were dust, nope not that either! CLEARLY a Sky issue.

You shouldn't need to manually pay your bill if this is what you were going to do as you should have either a direct debit or card payment setup so Sky can take it from you automatically each month.

 

You can also access your bill via the MySky app that can be installed on mobiles and tablets.
